Yogurt dressing for fruit

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Low calorie cottage cheese
1 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Pineapple juice (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender container and blend until smooth. Serve over fruit platter or fruit salad. Calories: 11 per Tablespoon. Yield: 2-½ cups.
