Fruit & cereal brunch cake

1cupOrange juice

2smallsBananas -- thinly sliced
cupFlour
¾cupSugar
½cupRaisins
1teaspoonBaking soda
1teaspoonCinnamon
½teaspoonSalt
½cupBrown sugar
½cupNuts -- chopped
¼cupFlour
¼cupMargarine -- softened
½teaspoonCinnamon

Directions

TOPPING

Heat oven to 350. Mix streusel topping and set aside. Grease square 8" pan. Mix cereal and orange juice in large bowl; let stand about 2 minutes or until soft. Mix in oil, egg and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake about 45 minutes.

Sprinkle topping over warm cake. Set oven control to broil. Broil cake with top about 5" from heat about 1 minute or until bubbly.
