Fruity cake

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Pitted and chopped dates |
| ½ | cup | Diced dried papaya |
| ½ | cup | Diced dried pear |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
| 3 | tablespoons | Grated orange rind |
| 2 | tablespoons | AM Unrefined Sesame Oil |
| ¼ | cup | Honey |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1¼ | cup | Water |
| 1 | Egg; beaten (optional) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine the liquid ingredients. In a separate bowl stir the mix into the fruit and nuts. Combine the two mixtures and add the orange rind. Bake in a 9" x 5" pan for 45 minutes.
