Fruity cake

Yield: 1 9\"x5\" cake

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box AM Muffin Mix (Apple Spice Oat Bran)
½ cup Pitted and chopped dates
½ cup Diced dried papaya
½ cup Diced dried pear
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Chopped nuts
3 tablespoons Grated orange rind
2 tablespoons AM Unrefined Sesame Oil
¼ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1¼ cup Water
1 \N Egg; beaten (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine the liquid ingredients. In a separate bowl stir the mix into the fruit and nuts. Combine the two mixtures and add the orange rind. Bake in a 9" x 5" pan for 45 minutes.
