Fruit-filled coffee cake

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Bake it all mix -- do not
\N \N Pack
1 \N Egg
½ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Granulated sugar
½ cup Marmalade*
¼ cup Brown sugar -- packed
½ cup Raisins
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

*Or apricot or berry jam. Break egg into bowl; beat. Add milk, Mix and granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly. Spread ½ of the batter in an 8-inch round layer cake pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Spread marmalade over batter. Combine brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of marmalade. Drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls around outer edge of pan.

Bake in a 350 F. oven 35 to 40 minutes. Yield: One 8-inch round cake Recipe By :
