Frozen peach salad

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ pint Whipping cream; whipped
1⅔ cup Miniature marshmallows
1 can (16-oz) cling peach slices; drained
1 can (15-oz) pineapple chunks; drained
½ cup Sliced Maraschino cherries
½ cup Chopped pecans

Cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add salt and mix well. Fold in whipped cream and add marshmallows. Lightly fold fruits and nuts into creamed mixture. Turn into 2 regular ice cube trays, freezing until firm.

Cut into squares. Serve on crisp greens. Yield: 10 servings.
