Dried ice cream

Measure Ingredient
½ gallon Ice cream; any flavor
12 eaches Fruit roll up sheets

Let ice cream melt in a bowl. Spread about 1c of ice cream evenly onto each fruit roll up sheet <just as you would a fruit roll up>.

Dry 12 hours at 155. Store in airtight bags.
