Frozen chocolate pudding pops

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Skim milk
3⅞ ounce Jell-O instant chocolate fudge pudding mix; (4 serving size)

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix and beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.

Spoon pudding mixture into 6 popsicle molds. Insert wooden sticks into each mold for a handle.

Freeze for 5 hours or until firm. Place bottom of mold under warm running water to release pop from mold. Store leftover pops in freezer. NOTES : Any flavor of instant pudding or pie filling can be used in this recipe.
