Corn seafood salad

1Green pepper; diced
1mediumTomato; diced
1poundsRaw shrimp; cooked and cleaned or 1 1/2 cups crab meat (7 1/2-ounce can)
cupMayonnaise
1tablespoonMinced onion
½teaspoonTABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

Combine corn, green pepper, tomato and shrimp or crab meat. Blend mayonnaise, onion, TABASCO® Sauce and salt. Add to corn mixture and toss gently. Chill before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges. Makes 4 servings.
