Corn seafood salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked corn
1 \N Green pepper; diced
1 medium Tomato; diced
1 pounds Raw shrimp; cooked and cleaned or 1 1/2 cups crab meat (7 1/2-ounce can)
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Minced onion
½ teaspoon TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt

Combine corn, green pepper, tomato and shrimp or crab meat. Blend mayonnaise, onion, TABASCO® Sauce and salt. Add to corn mixture and toss gently. Chill before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges. Makes 4 servings.
