Corn seafood salad

Ingredients

| 1 | Green pepper; diced | |
| 1 | medium | Tomato; diced |
| 1 | pounds | Raw shrimp; cooked and cleaned or 1 1/2 cups crab meat (7 1/2-ounce can) |
| ⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced onion |
| ½ | teaspoon | TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Combine corn, green pepper, tomato and shrimp or crab meat. Blend mayonnaise, onion, TABASCO® Sauce and salt. Add to corn mixture and toss gently. Chill before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges. Makes 4 servings.
