Fried rice with bacon or pork

4cupsCold cooked rice
3tablespoonsVegetable oil
½teaspoonSugar
1teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonSoy sauce
3Eggs; scrambled soft
2Green onions; chopped
½poundsBacon; fried & crumbled

Directions

Stir fry rice in hot oil for one minute. Add sugar, salt and soy sauce.

Stir ½ minute, add eggs, green onions and bacon. Stir to mix about ½ minute.
