Yield: 6 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |

8 \N | Bacon slices; cut into piece |
1 cup | Carrot; shredded or finely c |
½ cup | Onion; chopped |
½ cup | Celery |
½ cup | Peas; cooked |
3 cups | Rice; cold, cooked |
3 teaspoons | Soy sauce |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
⅓ cup | Green onion; chopped |
Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time.
Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
Saute until heated through. Check for salt. If you are not using soy sauce, you may need more salt.
