Fried rice #13

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Bacon slices; cut into piece
1 cup Carrot; shredded or finely c
½ cup Onion; chopped
½ cup Celery
½ cup Peas; cooked
3 cups Rice; cold, cooked
3 teaspoons Soy sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Green onion; chopped

Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time.

Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.

Saute until heated through. Check for salt. If you are not using soy sauce, you may need more salt.
