1 cup | Sliced green onion |
2 tablespoons | Oil or shortening |
Salt & pepper | |
½ cup | Green pepper; chopped |
3 cups | Hot cooked rice |
Saute onions and peppers in oil until tender. Add rice. Toss lightly, add salt & pepper. Serves 6.
