Fried bananas #2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ -(up to)
1 Slightly green-tipped banana per person
2 tablespoons Butter
Whipped cream

1. Melt ½ tbs. butter for each banana.

2. Slice bananas and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown.

3. Turn carefully and cook another 5 to 7 minutes.

4. Remove from pan. Serve with whipped cream.
