Fresh pesto with mash

55 grams Pinenuts; (2 oz )
85 millilitres Virgin olive oil to taste; (85 to 125)
40 grams Freshly grated Parmesan cheese; (1 1/2 oz)
2 \N Cloves garlic
\N \N Salt and freshly ground black pepper
\N \N Potatoes

For the pesto:

Simply place all the ingredients in a food processor, hit the button and whizz until desired consistency is achieved. The longer you whizz the smoother the pesto.

Heat up the mash potato and combine with the pesto sauce.
