Fresh peach cobbler - butter busters^

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Fresh or frozen peeled sliced peaches
¾ cup Packed brown sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Sweet 'n Low Brown
1 each Tb cornstarch
11 eaches Tb lemon jiuce
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ cup Flour
¾ cup Sugar
½ cup Sugar
3 eaches Pk Sweet 'n Low
2 teaspoons Baking powwder
¼ teaspoon Lite salt, optional
⅓ cup Liquid Butter Buds or Promise Ultra fatfree margarine
⅓ cup Skim milk
¼ cup Egg Beaters, beaten
¼ cup Water

In a 3-qt. saucpan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour mixture into a 1½-qt. casserole that has been ssprayed with Pam. Heat oven to 350F. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in liquid Butter Buds with a fork until just moistenedand it resembles coarse crumbs. Add skim milk, water and the Egg Beater mixing just until thje dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by scant ¼ cupfuls over the hot filling. Bake 30-35 minutes or until topping is light brown. Serve with Dream Whip on top or nonfat frozen yogurt.
