Creamy topping for fresh fruit

Yield: 3 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Cream cheese -- at room temp
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ cup Whipping cream

1. In mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and sugar until thoroughly blended.

2. Slowly beat in whipping cream.

Makes ¾ cup.

* Timesaver Tip: Recipe can be prepared up to 3 days ahead and stored, covered, in refrigerator.

Variation: Add orange liqueur, grated orange or lemon rind, or other flavoring to this topping.
