Freezer cucumber salad

Ingredients

| 7 | cups | Cucumbers |
| 1 | cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 | cup | Red pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Celery seed |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | White vinegar |
Directions
Slice and peel cucumbers. Mix ingredients altogether and store in a cool place. Stir twice daily for 4 to 5 days. Fill containers and store in the freezer. Randy Rigg Recipe By :
