Four-fruit salad with cointreau sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 smalls Ogen melons
250 grams Seedless white grapes; halved (8oz)
2 \N Bananas; sliced
2 \N Oranges; juice of
125 grams Half-fat light cream cheese; (4oz)
\N \N Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons Cointreau or other orange liqueur
15 grams Caster sugar; (1/2oz )

GENERAL

FOR THE SAUCE

Cut the melons into quarters and scoop out the seeds.

Remove the skin and cut the melon into large chunks.

Place the melon in a glass bowl with the grapes and bananas.

Pour over the orange juice and mix well.

To make the sauce, put the cheese in a bowl and gradually beat in the orange juice, orange zest and liqueur.

Stir in the sugar and mix well. Serve with the fruit salad.
