White fruit salad

Ingredients

4Egg yolks
1cupMilk
1Envelope unflavored gelatin
¼cupFruit juice
cupMiniature marshmallows
1can(20-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
1can(17-oz) white cherries; drained and pitted
½poundsChopped blanched almonds
Lemons; juice of
1cupCream; whipped

Directions

Beat egg yolks; add milk and scald in top of double boiler. Dissolve gelatin in fruit juice and add to milk and egg mixture. Cool and add remaining ingredients. Let sit in refrigerator for several hours. Yield: 10 servings.
