Foiled steak

Ingredients

2poundsChuck or blade steak, cut in serving size pieces
1Envelope dry onion soup
10ouncesSliced mushrooms, drained
19ouncesCanned tomatoes, drained, reserve juice
½cupJuice from tomatoes
1tablespoonCornstarch
1tablespoonKetchup
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce

Directions

Place large piece of foil on baking sheet or in roaster. Arrange meat on foil. Sprinkle with soup, mushrooms and cut up tomatoes.

Mix juice and cornstarch together in small saucepan over low heat. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until it boils and thickens. Pour over all. Seal foil tightly.
