Foiled steak

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Chuck or blade steak, cut in serving size pieces
1 Envelope dry onion soup
10 ounces Sliced mushrooms, drained
19 ounces Canned tomatoes, drained, reserve juice
½ cup Juice from tomatoes
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Place large piece of foil on baking sheet or in roaster. Arrange meat on foil. Sprinkle with soup, mushrooms and cut up tomatoes.

Mix juice and cornstarch together in small saucepan over low heat. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until it boils and thickens. Pour over all. Seal foil tightly.
