|½ cup||100% corn oil margarine|
|1 tablespoon||Dill weed|
|2 cups||Thinly sliced potatoes|
|1 cup||Sliced onion|
|1 pack||(9oz) green beans|
|1 pounds||Flounder fillets|
|¼ cup||Lemon juice|
|Lemon slices (for garnish)|
Melt all margarine except 1 Tbls. in skillet; stir in dill weed. Layer potatoes, onions & green beans in skillet; top with flounder.
Sprinkle top with water, lemon juice, salt & white pepper; dot with remaining margarine. Cover, reduce heat & simmer until potatoes are done about 20 minutes. (Do not overcook.) Garnish with lemon slices.
