½cup100% corn oil margarine
1tablespoonDill weed
2cupsThinly sliced potatoes
1cupSliced onion
1pack(9oz) green beans
1poundsFlounder fillets
½cupWater
¼cupLemon juice
¾teaspoonSalt
White pepper
Lemon slices (for garnish)

Directions

Melt all margarine except 1 Tbls. in skillet; stir in dill weed. Layer potatoes, onions & green beans in skillet; top with flounder.

Sprinkle top with water, lemon juice, salt & white pepper; dot with remaining margarine. Cover, reduce heat & simmer until potatoes are done about 20 minutes. (Do not overcook.) Garnish with lemon slices.
