Rolled flounder

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Flounder filets
1 cup Bread crumbs; (I used cornflake crumbs)
1 \N Grated carrot
½ \N Grated onion
\N \N Salt to taste
1 \N Egg
1 small Can tomato sauce

Source: Ohav Emeth Sisterhood Cookbook In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, carrot, onion, salt and egg. Place scoopful of mixture in center of a slice of flounder and roll up. Place in a baking pan, seam down and bake at 300 for 20 minutes Finally, add tomato sauce and let bake another 10 minutes.
