|1||Flounder, 3 or 4 lb|
|Salt & pepper to taste|
|4 tablespoons||Prepared mustard|
|Greased brown paper|
Brush a scaled, cleaned flounder with prepared mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; wrap in bacon slices. Wrap in paper and skewer tight. Put into baking dish or pan. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Open paper; bake 10 minutes more, or until tender and flaky. Serve on paper. Recipe date: 11/29/87
