2 | teaspoons | Cornflour |
2 | teaspoons | Schwartz Chinese Five Spice Seasoning |
1 | tablespoon | Dark soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Honey |
150 | millilitres | Beef stock; (1/4 pint) |
Heat the oil and fry the steak for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the vegetables and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain.
Blend the cornflour with the Chinese Five Spice Seasoning, soy sauce, honey and stock. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.
Stir in the noodles and serve.
