Five spice beef and noodles

1Red pepper; sliced
100gramsBeansprouts; (4 oz)
100gramsEgg noodles; (4 oz)
2teaspoonsCornflour
2teaspoonsSchwartz Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
1tablespoonDark soy sauce
1tablespoonHoney
150millilitresBeef stock; (1/4 pint)

Directions

Heat the oil and fry the steak for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the vegetables and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain.

Blend the cornflour with the Chinese Five Spice Seasoning, soy sauce, honey and stock. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.

Stir in the noodles and serve.
