Five spice beef and noodles

1 tablespoon Sesame oil
350 grams Lean rump or sirloin steak; cut into strips (12
\N \N ; oz)
1 \N Courgette; cut into sticks
1 \N Red pepper; sliced
100 grams Beansprouts; (4 oz)
100 grams Egg noodles; (4 oz)
2 teaspoons Cornflour
2 teaspoons Schwartz Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
150 millilitres Beef stock; (1/4 pint)

Heat the oil and fry the steak for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the vegetables and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain.

Blend the cornflour with the Chinese Five Spice Seasoning, soy sauce, honey and stock. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.

Stir in the noodles and serve.
