Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Fish (pollock, swordfish)
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
1 \N Crushed garlic clove
½ teaspoon Powdered cumin
\N \N Chopped parsley

Cut fish into serving pieces. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over fish: marinate 1 hour, turning once or twice. Broil on one side 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
