1tablespoonDry sherry
1tablespoonReduced sodium soy sauce
2tablespoonsWater
teaspoonApple juice concentrate
9ounces(to 10) salmon or halibut steak with bone
4Green onions, with green tops, diced
4Or 5 snow peas

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. Mix gingerroot, sherry, soy sauce, water and apple juice in a small bowl for sauce; set aside. Spray a baking dish with Pam. Place fish in dish. Combine sauce, green onions and snow peas; pour over fish. Cover and nake 20-25 minutes until fish turns opague. Remove sauce from pan; set aside. Broil fish 3-4 minutes until crispy. Pour sauce over fish. Serve with rice. Makes 2 servings.
