Fillets stuffed with cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Butter
teaspoon Garlic powder
teaspoon Basil leaves
2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
6 Fresh sole or orange roughy fillets cut in half
1 large Ripe tomato, sliced
12 slices Montary jack Cheese
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 350F. In 13x9 baking pan melt butter.

Stir in garlic and basil and grn onions. Dip both sides of fillet halves into seasoned butter. Set half of fillets aside & other half place in pan...layer with 2-3 slice cheese and 1 slice tomatoe. Cover with remaining fillet half & sprinkle w/parm cheese. Bake for 25-35 min. or until fish flakes.
