Filet steak salteado

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Tenderloin filet
½ cup Olive oil
2 \N Garlic cloves; chopped
1 \N Onion; chopped
1 \N Green pepper; chopped
2 \N Potatoes; diced
2 \N Chorizos
15 \N Mushroom buttons
1 tablespoon Salt
1 pinch White pepper
½ cup Red wine

Braise the diced tenderloin in hot olive oil. When meat is brown, add garlic, onion and green pepper.

Fry potatoes in deep fat for 10 minutes or until brown. Add chorizos, mushrooms, salt, pepper and potatoes to meat. When done, add wine. Garnish with peas and parsley.
