|½ cup||Unsalted butter|
|½ cup||FRESH grated parmesan|
Put butter and cream in wide shallow serving bowl in warm (200 degree) oven. When butter has melted stir in ⅔ of the cheese. When pasta is al dente, toss with sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
