Festive fruit salad

1eachEgg -- lightly beaten
2cansMandarin oranges -- drained
11ouncesEa.
1canPears -- 20 oz
Drained/choppe
3eachesKiwifruit -- peeled and
Sliced
2largesApples -- unpeeled chopped
1cupPecan halves

Directions

Drain pneapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Pour juice into a small sauce pan; add sugar and flour. Bring to a boil. quickly stir in egg; cook until thickened. Remove from the heat; cool.

Refrigerate. in a large bowl, combine pineapple, oranges, pears, kiwi, apples and pecans. Pour dressing over and blend well. Cover and chill for l hour. Yield: 12-16 servings Recipe By : Taste of Home
