1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 | teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
1 | teaspoon | Flax seeds |
1 | cup | Non fat yoghurt |
1¼ | cup | Skim milk |

Heat waffle iron while preparing batter. Put all these ingredients in mixer and blend thoroughly. You can use Food Processor also. I spray a little Pam on the waffle iron, which when it feels like it, can be ornery.
Using ½ cup measuring glass, pour on waffle iron, put your timer on for 4.00 minutes or until most of the steaming has abated. These are delicious.
