Fat-free chocolate therapy cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Egg whites
¾ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla
¾ cup Flour
⅓ cup Cocoa
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1½ cup Marshmallow cream

In a medium bowl, add ingredients one at a time, stirring well after each addition. After adding marshmallow creme, mix until the marshmallow lumps are gone. Pour into a 9x9 inch pan that has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 10 servings at less than one-half gram fat each.
