Low-calorie chocolate cake

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
1 cup Non-fat milk; (skim milk)
¼ cup Granulated fructose
⅔ cup Canola oil
½ cup Unsweetened cocoa
2 Eggs
1½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt

2. Grease and flour a 13 x 9" cake pan.

3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.

4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes.

5. Let cool and serve.
