Fake apple pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Boiling water
2 teaspoons Cream of tartar
1¼ cup White sugar
20 \N Ritz crackers

BOIL RAPIDLY the first 3 ingredients and add crackers. Boil 2 minutes without stirring. Pour into pie shell and add 4 dots butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top crust and bake same as apple pie. Posted to FOODWINE Digest 21 Mar 97 by Greg Walker <gwalker@...> on Mar 22, 1997
