Impossible apple pie

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Cooking apples peeled and
\N \N Cored
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Biscuit mix
⅔ cup Flour
⅓ cup Brown sugar packed
2 \N Eggs
¾ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Butter or margerine
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Butter or margerine

TOPPING

Place apples in greased 10 inch pie plate. Pour sugar over top and sprinkle cinnamon over sugar. Mix the next 5 ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over pie. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and butter until crumbly. Scatter over apples. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes until apples are cooked.
