Philadelphia apple pie

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
1 each Stick butter,cut in pieces
4 tablespoons Ice water
7 eaches Apples,sliced
1 each Egg
1 cup Sugar
1½ cup Sour cream
⅓ cup Brown sugar
¼ pounds Melted butter
⅓ cup Granulated sugar
1 x Pinch salt
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 x Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Vanilla
⅓ cup Flour
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Chopped walnuts

Crust: Combine flour,salt and butter in bowl.Cut butter into flour.Add ice water;toss to form ball.Roll out to fit 12" pie pan.Sprinkle with cinnamon.Bake @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Filling: Mix filling ingredients together.Fill shell.Bake @ 450 degrees for 10 minutes.Then @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Topping: Sprinkle over pie.Bake 15 minutes.
