1 | teaspoon | Capers; or 2-3T picklerelish |
1½ | cup | Cheddar Cheese; grated |
1¼ | cup | Nonfat Mayonnaise |
4 | English Muffins; split&quartered | |
1 | dash | Worcestershire Sauce; or tobasco sauce |
Directions
Mix onions, capers, cheese and mayo. Spread on muffins and broil until delicately browned and bubbly. Can add dash worchestershire or tobasco sauce.
