English muffins with cheese sauce

½cupCoarsely grated sharp
Cheddar
tablespoonEach of flour & butter to
Form a roux
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
2teaspoonsDry sherry
Tabasco
2Muffins, split & toasted

Directions

Heat milk in pan. Stir in cheese & thicken with roux. Stir mixture over medium heat until thick. Add remaining seasonings to taste.

Serve over muffins.
