| 2 mediums | Tomatoes; peeled, chopped |
| 2 cups | Shredded Mozzarella |
| 1¼ cup | Bisquick |
| 10 \N | Eggs |
| 1 cup | Milk |
| 1½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Pepper |
Combine sausage, mushroom, green onion, tomato, cheese (after browning sausage). In mixing bowl mix Bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Put sausage mixture in buttered 9x13 pan.
