Colorful egg casserole

| 1 | pounds | Bulk pork sausage |
| 4 | ounces | Mushrooms |
| ½ | cup | Sliced green onion |
| 2 | mediums | Tomatoes; peeled, chopped |
| 2 | cups | Shredded Mozzarella |
| 1¼ | cup | Bisquick |
| 10 | Eggs | |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Combine sausage, mushroom, green onion, tomato, cheese (after browning sausage). In mixing bowl mix Bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Put sausage mixture in buttered 9x13 pan.
