Easy donuts

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking powder
⅔ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Powdered sugar

sift dry ingredients to - gether and add egg and milk, batter will be thick. If too thin add a little more flour. Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat and cook till browned. The powdered sugar is sprinkled on the donuts after they are cooked.
