Dried cranberry sauce <r t>

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Dried Cranberries
½ cup Red Wine; Note 1
1 cup Water
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Cornstarch; Dissolved In
2 tablespoons Water

Note 1: Original recipe used 1 C red wine Combine cranberries, wine, water and syrup in saucepan; bring to a boil and simmer 5 min. Stir in cornstarch mixture and simmer an additional 5 min.

Serve.

Serves 8

This was *very* good. Quick and easy to make also.
