Dove breasts stroganoff

Measure Ingredient
12 \N -(up to)
24 \N Dove breasts
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
1 can (10.7-oz) cream of celery soup
1 can (4-oz) mushrooms
½ cup Sauterne
\N \N Oregano
\N \N Rosemary
\N \N Thyme
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Kitchen Boquet (optional)
1 cup Sour cream

Put doves in large baking dish. Saute onions in butter. Mix remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Add sour cream and stir. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles.
