Chicken livers stroganoff

Ingredients

| ¾ | pounds | Livers, chicken |
| 4 | ounces | Mushrooms, sliced; drained |
| 1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
| ¾ | cup | Vermouth |
| ½ | teaspoon | Rosemary, dried; crushed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Thyme, whole; dried |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¾ | cup | Sour cream |
| Noodles; hot cooked | ||
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
