Double mango and habanero salad

Ingredients

1Mango
1Mango, (green)
2Habanero chiles; seeded and chopped
2Shallots; finely chopped
½cupFresh cilantro; chopped
1tablespoonThai fish sauce
1Lime juice (fresh); one lime
2teaspoonsSugar
1pinchSalt

Directions

Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips.

Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
