Mango mousse salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
14¾ ounce Mangoes; drained
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
1 large Lemon jello
1½ cup Water; boiling
1 \N Lemon; juice of
1 pack Unflavored gelatin; dissolved in 1/2 cup water

Put mangoes and cream cheese in a blender; blend until smooth. Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water. Add blended mango and cream cheese mixture and lemon juice. Mix together and add unflavored gelatin. Pour into a 1½ quart mold. Chill until set. Serves 8 and more if served as salad. If you use a ring type mold it is beautiful with the center filled with fresh strawberries.
