14¾ ounce | Mangoes; drained |
8 ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
1 large | Lemon jello |
1½ cup | Water; boiling |
1 \N | Lemon; juice of |
1 pack | Unflavored gelatin; dissolved in 1/2 cup water |
Put mangoes and cream cheese in a blender; blend until smooth. Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water. Add blended mango and cream cheese mixture and lemon juice. Mix together and add unflavored gelatin. Pour into a 1½ quart mold. Chill until set. Serves 8 and more if served as salad. If you use a ring type mold it is beautiful with the center filled with fresh strawberries.
