Mango mousse salad

Ingredients

| 14¾ | ounce | Mangoes; drained |
| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
| 1 | large | Lemon jello |
| 1½ | cup | Water; boiling |
| 1 | Lemon; juice of | |
| 1 | pack | Unflavored gelatin; dissolved in 1/2 cup water |
Directions
Put mangoes and cream cheese in a blender; blend until smooth. Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water. Add blended mango and cream cheese mixture and lemon juice. Mix together and add unflavored gelatin. Pour into a 1½ quart mold. Chill until set. Serves 8 and more if served as salad. If you use a ring type mold it is beautiful with the center filled with fresh strawberries.
