Yield: 6 Servings
|2||Habanero chiles; seeded and chopped|
|2||Shallots; finely chopped|
|½ cup||Fresh cilantro; chopped|
|1 tablespoon||Thai fish sauce|
|1||Lime juice (fresh); one lime|
Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips.
Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
