½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper
2tablespoonsOil
¼cupOnion, minced
1eachGarlic clove, minced
1cupTomatoes, mashed
3eachesCarrots, sliced
1cupCelery, minced

Directions

Cut steak into serving pieces. Pound flour into each piece. Brown in oil sprinkling with salt and pepper. Place into baking dish in one layer.
