¼ cup | Onion, minced |
1 each | Garlic clove, minced |
1 cup | Tomatoes, mashed |
3 eaches | Carrots, sliced |
1 cup | Celery, minced |
Cut steak into serving pieces. Pound flour into each piece. Brown in oil sprinkling with salt and pepper. Place into baking dish in one layer.
