Dipping sauce for shrimp and vegetable tempura

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Dashi
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Mirin (sweet rice wine)
Chili pepper
Grated daikon
Japanese horseradish

Directions

Combine in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cool and dip.
