Tempura shrimp

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Milk
2¾ cup Flour
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 \N Beaten eggs
4 cups Oil
2¼ pounds Prawn shrimp (peeled &
\N \N Deveined)

Blend milk, ¾ cup flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, eggs & 2 Tbls. oil into a smooth batter. Heat remaining oil to 375. Dip shrimp into remaining flour, then into batter. Cook in oil 2½-3 minutes.

Serve hot.
