26½ gram Mount Isa Dark Red Chili
140 grams Oregano
1 tablespoon Cumin
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 White Onion, Chopped
1 Brown Onion, Chopped
2 Celery Stalks, Chopped
1 Green Pepper, Diced
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
740 millilitres Australian Beer
1 can Whole Tomatoes #411
