|1 pack||Dry yeast|
|¼ cup||Lukewarm water|
|1 tablespoon||Instant onion flakes|
|1 cup||Cottage cheese; at room temp.|
|1 \N||Unbeaten egg|
|2 teaspoons||Dill seed (up to)|
Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt, shortening & egg. Beat 1 minute.
Add dill seed, onion flakes & cheese. Mix well. Add flour & soda mixed together. Mix all ingredients & knead well. Let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down & knead several times. Put into a greased 2-quart casserole. Let rist until double again. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
